An entire array of services is offered for your small business like setting up an entity such as LLC, LLP, Partnership, S-Corp... etc, creating documents like waivers, forms, or non-disclosure agreements, and even evaluating your business practices to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Special Education
Through my contractual relationship with the non-profit firm Hope4Families, I will file and litigate any Special Education Due Process Claims needed to obtain Special Education Services for your child or review current Special Education Services as listed in the student's IEP, review all assessment documentation from the school district, draft any necessary letters to the school district and file and litigate any Special Education Due Process Claims.
